How do I book a doctor?
Search for a doctor, open their profile, choose a date and time, enter the patient details and pay. You will see the booking in your account under your appointments.
I paid but my booking was not confirmed. What should I do?
Keep your payment reference or the payment email from Paystack or Flutterwave and contact us with it, together with your name and the doctor you booked. Please do not pay again before checking with us.
Why is the doctor's fee shown in naira?
Patients in Nigeria always see and pay in naira. Some doctors set their fee in another currency, and the naira price is calculated from the exchange rate. The price is fixed when you book.
How do I join my consultation?
Open your appointment in your account at the booked time. The video consultation link is provided there and in your confirmation email.
Can I cancel or change an appointment?
You can cancel from your appointments page. If you need to change the time or you are unsure about a refund, contact us as early as possible.
How do I order medicine or book a lab test?
Choose a pharmacy or a lab, add what you need and check out. Medicines and tests are supplied by our licensed partners. See the documentation page for step-by-step guides.
Can I book for a family member?
Yes. When booking, enter the patient's details. Please only book for someone if you are allowed to act for them.
I am a doctor, pharmacy or lab. How do I join?
Use the partner logins in the page footer, or contact us and we will guide you through registration.
How do I ask for my data to be corrected or deleted?
Email us from the address on your account. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
